The products in our winter collection are the result of the collaboration with ultra-cyclist Omar Di Felice, who tested and wore them in February 2021 during his record-breaking Himalayan adventure: 1294km from Kathmandu to Everest base camp solo.
From design to prototype development, the Italian cyclist worked closely with our research and development laboratory AREAS (Academy for Research and Engineering in Apparel and Sport). The result is high-performance garments that are extraordinarily effective at managing body temperature and protecting against the elements, without compromising freedom of movement.
The combination of these garments creates a perfect layering system, ideal for tackling all weather conditions: from the warmth of mid-season to the -15° of the Himalayan passes.
Jackets
During his adventure, Omar used all types of UYN jackets. From the CORESHELL, with waterproof protection on the front and increased breathability on the back, to the FULLSHELL, which is completely waterproof and windproof thanks to our Membrain 115 membrane.
